Job Description
JerseySTEM is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support HR and Talent teams. The pro-bono position offers flexible hours, commitment to a 6-month minimum, and the opportunity to contribute to the organization's mission of STEM education for middle school girls in New Jersey. The role involves developing and implementing HR processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years broad Human Resources experience with exposure to HR Operations
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Well organized, with strong attention to detail
- Comfort supporting a virtual HR team
- Resourceful and creative
