Job Description
Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in aircraft maintenance and repair services. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in scheduling heavy inspections, especially at a 145 Repair Station, combined with experience in AOG services, maintenance, avionics, and business jet inspections. Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities.
- Work closely with MRO operations and scheduling teams.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
