Job Description
Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking a Director of Business Development to generate profits and develop a strategic plan for sales. The role involves establishing and executing a budget, managing leads, and providing high-quality reports. Success will be measured by achieving sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. JSSI focuses on maintenance support, advisory services, software, and financial tools to aviation industries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct selling experience, preferably in aviation or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discretion, good judgment, organizational and management ability.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to grasp new financial and technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce).
