They are seeking a Director of Business Development to identify, target, and sell Aircraft Management Services, build relationships with clients, and drive growth through effective sales strategies. This role involves leading the sales cycle and leveraging CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in a private jet or business aviation sales role
- Post-secondary education in Aviation Management, Commerce, Business Administration or similar
- Extensive knowledge of business jets/aircraft types
- Demonstrated success in planning, prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
- Ability to build strong relationships with high networth individuals
- Self-starter with strong business and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot is considered an asset
