Job Description
Jevan Residential is seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to maintain the condition and functionality of its apartment communities. The role involves quality assessments, repairs, maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, operational, and clean living environment for residents. It also includes assisting with apartment preparation, responding to resident requests, and maintaining property upkeep.
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
- General maintenance knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall and appliance repair.
