Job Description
The Technical Assistant will support the Mozambique government's HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health interventions for adolescents and young people. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, data management, meeting coordination, development of SOPs, and facilitating workshops. The role is a core part of the IE-RAMJ project and requires collaboration with both RAMJ stakeholders and Jhpiego-provided resources.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in community development, public health, social development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an assistant/facilitator/program coordinator
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project development for young women, HIV/health
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mobile data collection devices
- Experience in writing reports
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English
