Senior Lease Administrator

Join JLL as a Senior Lease Administrator and work on a client portfolio, combining data analysis, compliance monitoring, and landlord/tenant relationship management. As a detail-oriented professional, you will lead base reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements with a high degree of independence.

Requirements

• University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret Rent Roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between AP and AR
• Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs
