Shift engineer

As a Shift Engineer at JLL, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining electromechanical/utilities services at the site, preparing and implementing planned preventive maintenance, and reviewing work of subordinate staff. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers/supervisors and maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance
• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed
• Hire, train, and develop shift engineers/supervisors and maintenance staff
• Formulate suitable budgeting controls and monitor SLA's & KPI's
• Cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with other departments
• Manage and participate in events/parties/CSR activities
• Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence
