Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the management, coordination, and supervision of technological projects within the organization. They will be the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordinating activities. The role focuses on achieving project objectives in terms of scope, time, and quality while delivering reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the PMI.
• Proven experience in IT project management, supplier management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication, negotiation, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desirable competencies: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Analytical and risk management skills.
• Results orientation and customer focus.
• Ability to coordinate projects with national or international scope.
