Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the management and supervision of technological projects within the organization. This role involves acting as a primary contact for all services, coordinating communication between support areas, and ensuring project success based on scope, time, and quality. They will deliver reports and resolve issues in a crisis environment.

Requirements

• Degree or Professional Licensure in Systems, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory).
• Current valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by PMI.
• Proven experience in IT project management, supplier management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication, negotiation, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desirable competencies: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Analytical and risk management skills.
• Results-oriented and customer focused.
