Dutch Collections Specialist in Berlin

We are looking for a Dutch Collections Specialist to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for making phone calls and sending emails to customers with payment arrears, negotiating and motivating customers to repay their debts, and investigating the reasons for payment arrears.

Requirements

• Work experience in collections or customer service is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem and conflict solver with negotiation skills
• Self-confidence, driven, and result-oriented
