We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Regional Sales to lead and scale a high-performance Regional Sales team, reporting to the Chief of Sales. This role requires a proven sales leader with expertise in light industrial staffing solutions or B2B/SaaS sales into light industrial clients, and the drive to help us grow across diverse U.S. markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading regional, national, or enterprise sales teams in light industrial, B2B, or SaaS environments supporting manufacturing, logistics, distribution, 3PL, automotive, and/or supply chain industries.
- Deep expertise in new business development and consultative sales, with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.
- Strong coaching and team-building skills with a proven ability to develop talent and drive high performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to travel as needed for team training, client meetings, and closing strategic deals.
