Field Service Management Solution Architect (Remote - US)

This role is designed for an experienced architect to lead the design and implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for organizations in the utilities and energy sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience implementing FSM solutions, ideally within utilities and energy sectors.
• Proven success leading complex FSM projects and integrating with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, or data warehouse systems.
• Hands-on experience with web-based application development using XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience planning, designing, and developing enterprise system integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead technical teams effectively.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
• Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas are a plus.
• Familiarity with GIS integration, mobile workforce management, and emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, or Machine Learning applied to FSM.
