Solution Architect (Remote - US)

Jobgether is seeking a Solution Architect for a partner company. The position involves designing and implementing Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for clients in the utilities and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will lead the design of end-to-end FSM solutions, translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures, and provide technical leadership to a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience implementing FSM solutions, with focus on utilities and energy industries
• Proven experience leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems
• Knowledge of web-based application development (XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS) and web services (SOAP & REST)
• Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated team-building and leadership capabilities, with ability to mentor and inspire staff
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with GIS integration, mobile workforce management solutions, and emerging technologies (IoT, AI, ML) is a plus
• Professional certifications in solution architecture or related technical areas are preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate
