We are looking for an Implementation Director to lead high-impact implementations of enterprise healthcare technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and executive communication skills to navigate complex healthcare environments and deliver measurable client outcomes.
Requirements
- Significant experience in client-facing senior project management, consulting, or operations within healthcare technology implementations.
- Expertise with large hospital systems and/or payers, including Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or EHR implementations.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills across complex, interdependent workstreams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to succinctly convey status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain executive relationships during challenging situations.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks independently while coaching others.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, or Smartsheets.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
