Job Description
Cedar is seeking an Implementation Director to lead the implementation of its healthcare financial platform for large, strategic clients. The role involves leading complex technical implementations, navigating obstacles, and coaching others to improve processes and scale the team.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing senior project management, consulting or operations role within healthcare technology implementations
- Experience working with large hospital systems and/or payers
- Patient Access and/or Revenue Cycle Management and/or EHR implementation expertise
- Exceptional communications skills
- Collaborative and consultative approach to building relationships with client executive leaders
- Creative and resilient problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate and improve
