Lead Application Engineer, Zuora Billing and Revenue

This is a full-time remote Lead Application Engineer role for Zuora Billing and Revenue, focused on leading the design, development, and deployment of solutions across Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue processes within a United States location. The role involves collaboration with finance and technical stakeholders, building system prototypes, and driving automation through systems like Zuora Object Queries. The position emphasizes operational compliance and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue modules, including product and customer master data management.
• Proven ability to lead full implementation lifecycles—from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Solid understanding of Billing and Revenue workflows, including integrations with usage loads, taxation, and invoice presentment.
• Experience collaborating closely with finance and accounting teams in global organizations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
