Lead Application Engineer, Zuora Billing and Revenue (Remote - US)

This role focuses on leading the design, development, and optimization of Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions, specifically in Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and revenue processes. The position requires bridging technical and business requirements, conducting workshops, building prototypes, and ensuring accurate integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue modules, including product and customer master data management.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Solid understanding of billing, revenue, and invoice workflows, including integrations with usage systems, taxation, and invoice presentment.
• Experience working with finance and accounting stakeholders in global organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with change management and Agile methodologies.
• Zuora certifications preferred but not required.
