Product Marketing Manager (B2C SaaS / Marketplace Experience)

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy of our B2C Talent Product. The role blends product marketing strategy with growth execution, ideal for someone who understands the technical side of SaaS and knows how to turn a product into a movement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing and growth (B2C SaaS or Marketplace is a must)
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iteration
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel is required
• Ability to simplify complex product flows and propose impactful improvements
• Experience driving community engagement and grassroots awareness campaigns
• Technical fluency: comfortable collaborating with product and development teams
• Lean, startup mindset: autonomous, creative, and action-oriented
• You speak English and Spanish
