Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer building developer productivity tools, platform services, or working with cloud/infrastructure technologies
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineers and/or technical leads, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- 2+ years of experience leading developer experience or platform teams, delivering internal platforms and tooling with measurable outcomes
- Experience managing scalable database infrastructure (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional roadmaps and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience defining and tracking developer efficiency metrics and using them to drive improvements
- Authorized to work in the United States
