Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer building developer productivity tools, platform services, or working with cloud/infrastructure technologies
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers and/or technical leads, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• 2+ years of experience leading developer experience or platform teams, delivering internal platforms and tooling with measurable outcomes
• Experience managing scalable database infrastructure (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional roadmaps and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience defining and tracking developer efficiency metrics and using them to drive improvements
• Authorized to work in the United States
