Job Description
Resilience is seeking an accomplished Engineering Leader/Manager to guide, mentor, and drive the technical strategy for our core development team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development
- Minimum 3+ years in an official technical leadership, management, or principal-level role
- Deep expertise in the full web development stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, JavaScript, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of modern software architecture principles
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and experience leveraging Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
