Requirements

• Mastery of Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows.

• Background or interest in fintech, DeFi, trading, or web3, with an understanding of how users interact with digital assets.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and aligning cross-functional teams.
