Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and systems thinking
• Proven experience designing AI-assisted experiences
• Familiarity with gamification and rewards design
• Mastery of Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows
• Proficiency in using AI-powered design tools
• Background or interest in fintech, DeFi, trading, or web3
• Strong communication skills and passion for AI, design innovation, and emerging technologies
