Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote - US)

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of web and product experiences, combining user research, interaction design, and visual execution to deliver high-quality, intuitive interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience combining UI and UX design skills with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing web and mobile products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (Design, FigJam, Slides, Make), modern prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems.
• Strong UX research skills, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of user-centric design principles, web and mobile standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Basic familiarity with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind).
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: startup experience, knowledge of SEO and web optimization, experience mentoring designers, and familiarity with generative AI in design workflows.
