Job Description
We are currently looking for a Software Engineer (Principal level) in Europe to lead cross-team engineering projects and improve backend stability and engineering standards across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years at a Principal or Senior Staff level.
- Proven experience leading projects across multiple engineering teams (50+ engineers).
- Expertise in backend development and full-stack systems, with strong knowledge of server-side technologies.
- Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products; familiarity with AI-powered systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performing engineering organizations at scale.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align technical work with business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and modern software engineering best practices.
