Solution Architect (Remote - US)

Seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level technical solutions for Property & Casualty insurance, with a focus on Commercial and Specialty Lines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect in P&C Insurance, particularly Commercial and Specialty Lines.
• Deep understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis and solution design for complex systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, serverless architectures, and system integrations (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery models and product-centric solution development.
• Preferred: International expansion experience, integration of AI/ML models, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, familiarity with Canadian regulatory requirements, knowledge of US Retirement domain (401k, pensions, annuities).
