Sr. Solution Architect (Remote - US)

We are currently looking for a Sr. Solution Architect in United States. This role is designed for an experienced technical and operational professional who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. The Senior Solution Architect will focus on delivering tailored solutions to strategic clients and prospects while driving operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical operations, data engineering, EDI coordination, project management, or operational account support
• Proven experience managing client or prospect relationships
• Strong understanding of TPA and Wellbeing markets and related competitors
• Subject-matter expertise in technical and operational aspects of SaaS platforms and products
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, perform under pressure, and drive results
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to navigate change and champion initiatives
