Sr GTM Applications Manager (Remote - Latam)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr GTM Applications Manager in Latin America. As a Sr GTM Applications Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Go-to-Market systems that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, Sales Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Deep technical expertise with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, and SaaS application management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, vendor management, and change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and measurable outcomes.
• Certifications in Salesforce, PMP, or relevant GTM platforms are a plus.
