Requirements

• 5–10 years of technical program management or engineering management experience
• Prior engineering experience with strong technical depth in APIs, systems, and infrastructure
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise software in IT, compliance, or IT asset management
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a hybrid or remote setting
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery metrics
