Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or program delivery in high-impact tech organizations
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, design, and engineering
- Strong technical fluency and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to clarify ambiguity and facilitate decision-making
- Bias toward action and iterative improvement, with the ability to unblock teams quickly
- Empathy for both product and engineering perspectives, balancing user needs with technical realities
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar, tracking velocity, dependencies, and delivery
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and influencing without formal authority
