Technical Program Manager (Remote - US)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs across product, design, and engineering teams. The role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive organizational strategy and deliver innovative products efficiently.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or program delivery in high-impact tech organizations
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, design, and engineering
• Strong technical fluency and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to clarify ambiguity and facilitate decision-making
• Bias toward action and iterative improvement, with the ability to unblock teams quickly
• Empathy for both product and engineering perspectives, balancing user needs with technical realities
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar, tracking velocity, dependencies, and delivery
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and influencing without formal authority
