JobHire.AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to operate on two levels: 50% hands-on and 50% system-building. The role involves running high-impact conversations, building automated recovery flows, and improving retention funnels. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management, fluent English and Russian, and a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales
- Fluent English and Russian
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone or USA+EU
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Data-driven mindset: you care about conversion, retention, and unit economics
- Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs
- High-speed internet connection (VPN-free)
