Junior Legal Executive

One of the largest ship registration service providers based in Valletta, Malta is currently seeking a Junior Legal Executive to join their team. In this role, the selected candidate will play a key part in supporting maritime legal operations, assisting with vessel registration, ship transactions, and client management.

Requirements

• Prepare and draft all necessary documentation for the registration of vessels under the Malta flag
• Handle legal aspects of ship sale and purchase transactions for Malta-flagged vessels
• Support the team with daily casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
• Independently manage individual client relationships and follow up on legal matters
