Job Description
JobRack is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to own the funnel, book calls, and manage leads in a remote setting. The role focuses on building and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, with a fast-paced environment demanding results. The ideal candidate will be proficient in email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and running full funnels (ads → landing page → nurture → sale). Ideally B2B.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Strong email marketing skills, including list management, sequences, and broadcasts (we use ActiveCampaign for now).
- Analytical mindset and ability to use GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to guide and prioritise work.
- Self-sufficiency and bias for speed.
