Job Description
JobRack is seeking a Marketing Specialist (Email & Content) to build and run effective marketing campaigns, focusing on sales calls and lead generation. The role involves hands-on work with analytics, AI tools, and building marketing systems. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys email marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and running full funnels (ads → landing page → nurture → sale). Ideally B2B.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Ability to build landing pages using ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Strong email marketing skills, including list management, sequences, and broadcasts (using ActiveCampaign).
- Analytical mindset with GA4, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Self-sufficiency to build and launch campaigns without needing a designer or dev.
