Job Description
Talking Heads is seeking a YouTube Agency Operations & Project Manager to manage projects for clients. The role involves strategy, creative direction, production, and delivery of high-quality videos, ensuring projects run smoothly and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Montenegro.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Exceptional organization and punctuality
- Comfortable driving accountability and following up with team members
- Clear communicator (written and video)
- Takes full ownership of tasks and delivers without micromanagement
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing video content
- Genuine interest in YouTube and the creator economy
