Job Description
Talking Heads is seeking a YouTube Agency Operations & Project Manager to manage video projects for multiple clients. The role involves overseeing all aspects of content creation, from strategy and creative direction to production and delivery, ensuring excellent quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and takes full ownership of tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Exceptional organization and punctuality
- Comfortable driving accountability and following up with team members
- Clear communicator (written and video)
- Full ownership of tasks and delivering without micromanagement
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing video content
- Genuine interest in YouTube and the creator economy
