Job Description
Talking Heads is seeking a YouTube Agency Operations & Project Manager to manage and execute projects, ensuring clients receive high-quality videos. The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced, creative team. The position involves tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and maintaining project timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Exceptional organization and punctuality
- Clear communication (written and video)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort driving accountability and following up with team members
- Strategic thinking skills (preferred)
- Client-facing experience (preferred)
- Scriptwriting experience (preferred)
- Previous YouTube experience (preferred)
- Experience with Premiere Pro or Photoshop (preferred)
