Job Description
Transitions Elite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, manage full-cycle recruiting processes, and drive hiring for their healthcare practice owners. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The company emphasizes ownership, speed, and clear results.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally across international teams
- 2–3 years of experience designing or optimizing recruitment processes
- Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates globally
- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills - especially over video
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
