Job Description
Transitions Elite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring and build strong candidate pipelines for their healthcare practice owners. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, ensuring candidates are qualified quickly, and using data-driven insights to improve the hiring process. The company aims to build a world-class internal team to match and manage fast-paced growth.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- 2–3 years of experience designing/optimizing recruitment processes
- Proven track record sourcing/closing candidates globally
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills (especially video)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
