Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service or consulting industry
- Proven leadership experience in building or managing external sales teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and result orientation
- Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented working method
- Willingness to work solely on a performance-based basis (self-employment/freelance)
