As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will drive the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and countries, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to fuel Tellent's growth.
Requirements
- End-to-End recruitment: own the full recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Process optimization: analyze, design, and implement improved, automated Talent Acquisition workflows, utilizing our platform's capabilities to drive efficiency and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder training & enablement: develop and deliver engaging training and documentation for hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compliance, and effective use of the ATS.
- Product SME & feedback loop: act as the primary internal consultant, gathering detailed, real-world user feedback on our TA tooling. Present insights, pain points, and opportunities to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence development priorities and market messaging.
- Data-Driven reporting: track key TA metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, source of hire, retention rate) and leverage data from our platform to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Employer branding: collaborate with Marketing to promote our employee value proposition and create compelling job descriptions and career site content.
