People Analytics Lead

We're seeking a People Analytics Lead to lead a newly built team as we scale. As a recognized thought leader in people analytics, you'll influence talent and people strategy across the organization and build coalitions with functional leaders to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in people analytics, data science, I-O psychology, or related fields with demonstrated progression of responsibility and impact
• 3+ years people management experience leading technical teams with track record developing high performers
• Master's degree in I-O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
• Advanced statistical modeling/expertise using Python and/or R
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Deep expertise in People metrics, survey methodology, and people research design
• Experience building predictive models in HR contexts that drive business decisions
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and translate complex analytics into strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated success managing complex data infrastructure projects and establishing function-level standards
