Job Description

We're seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst / BI Developer to build the technical foundation of our people analytics function from the ground up.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics engineering
- 2+ years experience with people data and HR data systems (HRIS, ATS, performance platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with Databricks or other cloud data platforms
- Strong SQL skills for data transformation and modeling
- Advanced PowerBI proficiency (DAX, data modeling, report design)
