Job Description
Sisk & Son is seeking a Site Agent to lead the construction on the Hind Street Civils project. This role focuses on overall day-to-day supervision of the construction site, site preparation, HSEQS adherence, quality control, and efficient registration management. The ideal candidate will drive project pace, coordinate teams, and maintain relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Requirements
- Strong People Management experience
- Knowledge of good industrial relations practices
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and difficult stakeholders
- Strong people skills and able to manage a variety of subcontractor supervision
- Trades or Technical background
- IOSH or equivalent H&S management training
- Working at Heights & Scaffolding
- Lifting & Cranage operations
- New technology in Construction systems
