Job Description
The Site Agent will be based in Birchley Island Civils and will oversee the construction site from the ground up, managing daily supervision and ensuring the safe operation of the site. This is a first-of-his/her time contract role and builds on an existing long-term client relationship. The position requires full awareness of HSEQS protocols and efficient coordination.
Requirements
- Strong People Management experience
- Knowledge of good industrial relations practices
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities
- Experience of leading others
- Understanding of BIM strategy
- Working at Heights & Scaffolding
- Lifting & Cranage operations
- New technology in Construction systems
- Knowledge of the Sisk's Internal Recruitment Team
