Job Description
Sisk & Son is building a £50m+ Dawson's Corner Civils project and is looking for a Sub Agent. The role involves managing the day-to-day supervision of construction site operations, ensuring H&S compliance, and coordinating site teams. John Sisk & Son prides themselves on their family-owned international construction company approach, offering trust, certainty, and value to clients.
Requirements
- Participates in compiling initial project schedules and monitoring weekly targets.
- Plans and oversees site setup to ensure facilities are in place.
- Manages subcontractors and takes ownership of HSEQS adherence.
- Maintains quality control procedures.
- Ensures TWR and up-to-date data monitoring.
- Oversees energy and waste management.
- Drives the pace of the project and plans the work in the field.
- Coordinates and prioritizes activity sequencing.
- Manages foremen and other site staff.
