Responsible for leading the overall talent strategy for the India Field organization and creating best in class human resource programs and policies to achieve organization's objectives.
Requirements
- 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Substantial experience working with commercial teams like Sales and Service
- Masters in Human Resources required
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
- Organizational agility and ability to navigate complex organizations
- Ability to partner closely with the larger India HR team
