Responsible for leading the overall talent strategy for the India Engineering and digital business, partnering with leadership teams to align business strategies and HR deliverables. Creates and delivers best-in-class human resource programs and policies to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of HR experience in a technology/engineering domain
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Masters in Human Resources
- US MNC exposure
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to partner with the larger India HR team
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and find the right people to consult and solve problems
