Sr. Analyst - RTR

Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. The company is looking for a Sr. Analyst - RTR to join their team in Pune, India. The role involves timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities, preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations, and ensuring compliance to SOX and other Internal Controls.

Requirements

• Fulltime B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA.
• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting process.
• Hands-on experience in Month End Closing, HFM / One Stream reporting / ERP.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines.
• Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
