Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. We offer a challenging position in our Treasury Operations team, responsible for managing cash management, middle and back office operations, treasury compliance, and treasury applications support.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant working experience in the treasury department of a large international company or bank.
• Graduate university degree equivalent to MBA with a major in Finance
• Good understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and cash management
• Knowledge of Treasury Management and Payment Factory Systems, Inter-company Netting and Connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFT connectivity, API)
• Knowledgeable of U.S. and International Accounting and Tax
• Autonomous, detail oriented; strong analytical and communication skills
• Poised personality, well organized, capable of taking initiatives and working in a team-based environment
• Good understanding of process automation tools (RPA) and BI Tools
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
